Holiday rentals with a patio in Deal

Lovely spacious, clean flat for 2 in a convenient location for the centre of Margate. The flat has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. After parking the car close to the flat we walked everywhere or used the local bus. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. It was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and clearly designed with care. As people with high standards, we appreciated the attention to detail, it felt like our expectations had truly been considered. The location was fantastic, with easy parking, close proximity to both the beach and town, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning one day!

Julie is an ideal host, very friendly and responsive. The static caravan is very well equipped with a kitchen, 2 toilets, one with shower, and a sizeable lounge /dining area. Would book again. David Maxwell

Location is very nice! And flat is clean and comfortable. This is in 1st floor, It means 2nd floor in Japan. There is an elevator so it makes us help with heavy luggage. The owner is very kind. We really appreciate there courteous response.

Brilliant flat in walking distance of main beach and with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby

Everything was great - calm, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The host provided clear and helpful check-in instructions, which made the arrival super easy. There were also some small treats waiting for us, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the showe, the water temperature kept switching from hot to cold almost every minute. If you’re a fan of contrast showers, though, you might even enjoy it🙂

Everything a person could need has been considered. A fully equipped kichen, games of all kinds, umberella and dog towels, a dog bed and blanket, a wonderfully sized shower, a pleasant back yard, and all spotlessly clean. Located between the ornamental gardens and the beach, a few steps from the ice cream parlor, and the high street. Would definately recomend to any dog owner.

Stayed with three friends for a 50th birthday in town and Helen looked after us so well. Everything just perfect for spending a couple of days catching up and the hottub was the crowning glory. Thoroughly recommended.

The place is really beautiful and cozy. It is very near to Canterbury West, which is very convenient. The place is also very clean with all the amneties provided. However, the location is directly in front of the road so it gets a bit noisy at night. Nonetheless, it was a very great place to stay in. Stuart is also very kind and fast reponse

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

What a find. Wonderful helpful and friendly family. We didn't have any issues with anything relating to this location. Clean well equipped and spacious property. Quiet location within walking distance of the local pub. Park and ride to Canterbury within five miles and cost £4. for the two of us. Location was perfect for us. We would definitely choose to stay with Emily and Simon again when we are next in Kent.

This was the perfect place for a family get together with plenty of space across 3 floors for all 8 of us with ages ranging from 3 to 84! It was so relaxing! Comfortable beds for all of us, including our preferred option of twin beds for the kids instead of a bunk bed which you get in most places. Everything you could possibly need for your stay and all very well signposted to make life easy. Ruth was a lovely host, giving lots of recommendations and very responsive. Deal itself is charming and our Sunday Roast in the Kings Head - as suggested by Ruth - was especially lovely. I thoroughly recommend staying here!

Lovely base for a stay in Deal. Easy to walk to the town. V spacious for 2 adults, 1 teen and a dog. V responsive heating and clear instructions for how everything worked. Would recommend and return in the future as v good value. We all loved the shower and v comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed staying at Amy’s place. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Amy was a helpful and responsive host. The location is superb, our first time in Rye but we will be back. We particularly enjoyed brunch at The Fig and dinner at The Union in Rye and The George Hotel has a lovely courtyard for drinks. Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nic’s beautiful place! Check-in was easy, the booklet provided had very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to operate the various things throughout. The property was beautifully decorated and close to the sea, providing stunning scenery, sounds and smells. Thank you Nic for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future!

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

Perfect location to sit and watch the see and the world go by. Short walk to town and no need for the car. On street parking available but it does get busy. Lovely accommodation and was as described. Nice touch by adding breakfast essentials as well.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment the location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach, town, and everything we needed. The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and modern feel. There were a few small maintenance and cleanliness issues that could use some attention, but overall, they didn’t detract from our experience. With a bit of extra care, this place could be absolutely flawless. We’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for a great spot by the sea!
