House holiday rentals in Delaware

Words cannot describe how awesome our experience was. The decor was fabulous. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The neighborhood was was walkable and close to a small community park. A few minutes drive will get you to downtown Westerville or Polaris Mall. A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The woodsy setting gave us the feeling of seclusion. If you are looking for a family escape or a girls/guys getaway, this is the place to be.

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

Beautiful home, and spa is amazing

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

If you’re lucky enough to find an available slot, book it. Ideal location if you’re looking for a place to get a way with a group of your friends. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you else you may need, while also being secluded and totally private. Brent and Kelley go above and beyond to make the property feel like home. They are hospitable, friendly, and generous with their space.

Second time staying in this location and absolutely love it. Great home and location! We love the pool/hot tub it is huge and perfect to relax in! I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back for round 3!

The house was in a very serene peaceful setting but was within 5-10 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We saw beautiful wild life from the house. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Hot tub was not working but GH Hospitality was responsive and we found a resolution. Would definetely rebook again!

Came down for the PGA tournament and to play some golf this place was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend.

Even with the modern amenities you could vision a family living here with the horse and buggy out back and a pump organ or piano in the front room for music. Candle lit with a warm fire. We felt instantly at home with strong WiFi, great bathrooms, fun OSU and Ohio Wesleyan art around. Great books to read and games to play. Sara has thought of it all.

The home was lovely and in the most serene setting. It was the perfect respite from our graduation activities at a local college. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Manjot is a wonderful host. She’s quick at responding and her space is exactly as described. The house is clean, free of any odor and very comfortable and quiet. Perfect stay! Something to note: there is some construction happening across the street. Personally, I liked seeing the workers and I never heard any noise while inside the house…the house has a good sound barrier.

It is a nice house, with a great garage to play cornhole and ping pong in.

Beautiful restored historical home, Eric was super helpful. We needed some flexibility on check in and check out for out of state family coming in for our daughter's wedding at the Dempsey Event Center which was literally less than 5 minutes away and Eric happily accommodated us. Everyone loved the bathrooms and a shower in each bathroom that was superb, they took great care in the bathrooms and kitchen to make it super modern while still keeping that historical feel. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The yard was fantastic, due to the nature of our stay we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping close and lots of activities available. Thanks Eric!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. The setting on the river was beautiful. Connor and Sunil are gracious hosts. They were easy to communicate with from begin to end and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again when in town.

This is a very clean and updated home with everything needed for an extended or short stay. It's in a quiet residential area but a very short drive to markets and restaurants. Families with small children would likely enjoy the proximity to the zoo as well as a nice backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! We felt right at home and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the space and the expansive view of the garden through the large windows is spectacular. And listening to all the wonderful birds in the cluster of the bamboo is a real treat. We will definitely come here again in the future.

We had a great stay! It was a nice house with everything we needed. It was in a quiet rural area with several restaurants located about 15 minutes away. The beds were comfortable. We loved that there were fans in each bedroom. The kitchen was great.

Loved our stay at Julie’s home! We’re locals but returned from vacation to find a broken A/C at our house (during a heat wave). We needed to find a place to land with two kids + two dogs — quickly. It was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and great location. Our dogs loved the backyard too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Cute home in a quiet neighborhood! Julie was also super responsive.

This place was absolutely amazing! The photos online does it no justice. It was much nicer in person. Very spacious and clean. The basement was very nice and a great place to entertain. The host was very accommodating. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is located about 8 minutes from any restaurant you can probably think of. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, spacious and luxury stay.

Just an amazing place to stay. My entire family loved it and we would definetly visit again if we had the chance.
