The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats
