Monthly Rentals in Denver

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Bret and Erin were great roommates. Very considerate, quiet, communicative, respectful and their place had everything that is necessary for a comfortable and memorable stay. Convenient to Sloans Lake and the RTD - just 15 minutes to Union Station. I would definitely recommend their listing and would stay there again if I’m back in Denver.

Super friendly and very responsive host(s). The place was a super cute apartment with enough room for us. Whole Foods is practically a 1 minute walk away and perfect for grabbing quick bites and groceries. Beautiful park in the area (Cheesman). Used this place as a jumping off point for moving to Denver—can’t recommend enough.

Great spot for a longer stay, location is perfect to get to downtown and on I-25 quickly. The yard is a huge plus especially with a pup!
