Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Denver

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

Host was very responsive and provided good instructions for check-in and check-out. The space was as advertised and well maintained.

Siera’s stay was perfect for our getaway to Denver. Great location conveniently located just a short drive to the airport, mountains, or city. She was very responsive when needed and the stay was very private and cozy!

Nice location close to Denver Airport. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen.

Johanna’s place was so cute! We loved our stay. The place was super clean and decor was adorable. Waking up in the trees was a bonus for sure. We were within 10 minutes or so of every attraction we visited in Denver, which was great. Super close to downtown and shopping. The only thing I can say is that the garage and parking space is quite small, I get this is probably the norm for big city life, however if you have a bigger SUV or truck, parking can be challenging. Other than that, it was great and the host was super kind and friendly.

Place looks exactly how it does in photos, super clean, feels at home and really cozy. Had an amazing stay loved how the hosts were there for any questions i needed answered, would definitely stay here again without a doubt:)

You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Tonya is the perfect example! She is very thoughtful and definitely went above and beyond. The cookies were such a cute bonus, as well as all the small amenities such as a brita filter.

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

Lovely stay from start to finish. Nanci was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is REALLY thoughtful, with every little thing you could possibly need — from the super stocked kitchen (roasting pans, every kind of appliance , etc) to several extra blankets and a zillion perfectly clean towels, you really feel at home. I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

I really enjoyed our stay. Stay was very comfortable — local amenities include a brewery across the street Zuni St, located in LoHi which is an up and coming area. This is not walking distance to the local sites but that didn’t impact us since we came with a car. I was happily surprised by the Le Labo shampoo and conditioner. The place was pristine and had everything needed including detergent which was nice. Parking for us in June was street parking and plentiful. The fact that there was a building code made me feel safe, but generally the area does feel safe even as a single woman walking around. We would stay again!

The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!
