A cottage in a semi-secluded area near the forest with 3 separate apartments (up to 14 people in total). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. A pleasant atmosphere is created by a wood-burning stove. The cottage is located directly by the Bílá river with direct access to cycling, hiking and cross-country trails in the Jizera Mountains and 5 km from the Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort. In the large garden, it is possible to use outdoor seating, a grill, a fireplace and a children's playground.

View of Tanvaldský Špičák in the Jizera Mountains in the warmth of a stone fireplace. Stay with a larger group of friends - it is possible to rent both cottages Smrž 1 and Smrž 2. Each house has a garden with a pond, terrace, sauna and outdoor hot tub, where privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the comfort and beauty of modern mountain chalets.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Cottage Rozárka - Jizera Mountains

The cottage is located in the picturesque part of the village Kořenov - Příchovice and its location offers peaceful relaxation and an active vacation. The cottage has the possibility of accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In winter, its location will be appreciated by ski lovers who can use the adjacent ski areas or countless cross-country skiing trails with connections to the Jizera Highway. In the summer, the area is searched for tourists and cyclists who use the comfortable drifting track.

For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

Chalupa na potoku 🏡🌲🫐🚴🏼‍♀️🍄🦌🎿🦋

Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.

SKØG Harrachov appartment with large terrace

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Lumpovna Wellness apartment

The apartment is located on the edge of the village between meadows and pastures, a place created for peace and relaxation, on the terrace there is a quiet zone with a private hot tub, which is open all year round. The place is situated on the edge of the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. There are several cycling and hiking trails nearby. In the winter months, it is possible to use the local cross-country tracks and the nearby ski resorts of Špičák, Čáp, Šachty

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
