The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Klabautermann - Cozy cottage with garden

The Klabautermann is a lovingly furnished apartment on two floors with a separate entrance and private garden. It is located in the annex of the historic captain's house. The bright, open living-dining area with kitchenette has direct access to its own terrace with a green natural garden and lots of peace and quiet to relax. The two bedrooms can be reached via the open wooden staircase on the upper floor. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In the tree house there is no toilet and no shower (outdoor shower). You can use your own toilet in the neighboring vacation home. You can use all the amenities there, such as trampoline, cozy sitting area, library, table soccer. Barbecuing is allowed on the property
