Beautiful new apartment in a new building and quiet environment. Great communication. Since we only used the accommodation to rest during a long trip, we know that we will return to Bastien for a longer stay to get to know the beauty of the surrounding nature and local customs. Josef and Lenka

Monika is a wonderful host. She brought us fresh eggs and gave suggestions regarding other places to visit & wines to try. She invited us to eat at her gasthaus within walking distance from the home and we all (2 couples)felt we were treated as part of the small community family while there-she is the cook there and prepared a variety platter of traditional foods from the area which was amazing!! There is a walking/biking trail in Leonrod close to the home. Highly recommend a stay here. A car is helpful being out in the country.

For people who love peace, rural idyll and nature. Good accessibility to the lakes region and interesting cities such as Nuremberg or Ansbach. Many leisure activities such as cycling or hiking. Culturally interesting places such as Cadolzburg and Heilsbronn Monastery. Very friendly and helpful hosts, family atmosphere. Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
