This loft apartment is cosily furnished and has plenty of space in which to relax. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, and the large sofa in the living room can be transformed into a single or double bed. A baby bed is also available upon request. A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (about 15 minutes). Downtown Osnabrück is about a 15 - 20 minute walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts live in the same house and are available for questions.
