Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

The house is at the end of a row of houses. On 124m² there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Outside, on the ground floor there is a terrace with garden furniture and sheds and on the upper floor a loggia with dike views. The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy and relax. In addition, the house has a sauna, a fireplace and a bicycle storage facility. Dogs are also welcome.

Overnight stay? Also possible with organic eggs and vegetables

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and offers a total of three rooms. There are two bedrooms , one room with 1.8m bed and a 1.4m sofa bed. One room with 1.6m bed. I kept chickens and planted vegetables. If there is, you can also buy it and enjoy the organic eggs and traditional vegetables.
