Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Auf unserem Alpakahof ist ein ausgedienter Jollenkreuzer gestrandet und bietet in zwei Kojen unter Deck Platz, um ins Land der Träume zu segeln. Über Deck gibt es genügend Platz um bei einem guten Buch die lauen Abende zu genießen oder noch ein wenig Seemannsgarn zu spinnen. Küche, Dusche, Trockentrenntoilette und Feuerstelle stehen auf unserem Hof im Gemeinschaftsbereich zur Verfügung.

Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
