It is a brand new, comfortably equipped apartment with a size of approximately 37 square meters including a bicycle cubicle (a room in the corridor next to the entrance door to the apartment). The undisputed advantage is its own parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of the building B Residence Pod Zámkem. Apartment is fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Tourism fee 50 CZK/day + person needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Pro ty kdo se chtějí hlasitě bavit s alkoholem ve večerních hodinách, není toto ubytování vhodné. Nutné dodržovat noční klid od 22h a respektovat tak ostatní obyvatele. Parkování u domu.

Beautiful and stylishly equipped accommodation where you felt at home. There was a well-maintained garden, a gas grill, a well equipped kitchen, a sauna and parking on the property for two cars. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and fast. I would definitely recommend !

We absolutely loved staying at Miluse's. We arrived late and received a very warm welcome- the hosts were super-friendly and we felt like we were visiting friends. To get to the apartment, you have to walk up some stairs on the outside of the property (the whole top of the house is yours, with the bottom of the house being occupied by the owners). You walk into the hall with entrance to the first bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There are sliding doors to the kitchen/lounge area. From there you can get to the master bedroom, which leads to the third bedroom. We appreciated having a washing machine and the wine fridge filled with local wines was a massive bonus. The garden and all the plants in it were absolutely gorgeous and provided both shade and space to sunbathe- with loungers provided. There's nothing I could fault about this place and we'd love to visit again. Thank you for having us :)

So this was really Pribicka cool with everything! 🥂 Beautiful accommodation, clean, fragrant and everything perfectly prepared, not to mention the garden, it is a balm for the soul. 🫠 We had sunshine, warmth, so coffee in the garden on a deckchair and just the chirping of the goldfinches? What more could you ask for? You will find everything in the house, just pack your clothes and a toothbrush😊. Pavla and Petr are very nice people, even though we only saw each other for 10 minutes. Thank you very much for recharging the batteries. We wish you a lot of nice guests. Nina with her family

The place was surprisingly large, I was afraid that it would be tight for 5 people, but the opposite was true. Everything was beautifully prepared, the host was kind, communicative, everything worked and was ready for use. The wifi was seamless. We agreed on everything and the host was flexible. I can recommend a place to stay!
