Holiday rentals with lake access in Doksy

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Very nice and thoughtful hosts, nice apartment with great views for outdoor breakfast. We didn't miss anything. Only the location directly above the railway line caused us restless sleep.

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

Jenny made it possible for us to book 2 nights at very short notice (about 2 hours before check-in!) when we were in need due to an overbooking! 🙏 The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, and offered the possibility for many activities (including a large TV in a cozy living room, dartboard, table football). We had a great stay thank you so much!

We had a very nice stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, very clean and simple, but well equipped. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. The fireplace provided cozy warmth and a particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening. Central heating would have been available on request, but we didn't need it. The problem with the shower mentioned in previous reviews seems to have been resolved in the meantime – showering worked without any problems for us, with a constantly pleasant water temperature. The small kitchen with the 2-burner stove was, as described, absolutely sufficient for simple dishes. The surroundings were very quiet - the seaside resort was not yet in operation, which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a completely successful stay! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house.

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

Very nice landlords who react quickly if something is wrong. House is super equipped and offered us enough space (6 adults, 3 children and 2 babies). The location is great, all excursion destinations can be reached within half an hour. All the usual grocery stores are in the neighboring village. The location is quiet, directly on a walking path in the countryside. We'd love to come back 😊

A very nice place accessible on foot, exactly as seen in the photos, well equipped, clear instructions from the host and almost immediate response.

The stay with Sergiy was very pleasant. The apartment is beautifully located in nature and offers plenty of peace and quiet. The parking garage and Sergiy himself are particularly positive – he was always quickly accessible and very helpful. The apartment was a little hard to find the first time, but Sergiy helped us with good directions. A small minus point: There was no TV. Otherwise, a nice, clean apartment, ideal for those who want to relax a little away from the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment! The accommodation is spacious, well furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable – you immediately feel comfortable. The location in the quiet suburb of Dresden is ideal for exploring the city and at the same time relaxing in a relaxed environment. This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

The room is very elegant and beautiful, very clean and cozy, we love it, the surrounding environment is great, close to the Vltava River, you can take a walk.The neighborhood is beautiful, with flowers blooming everywhere, and the bedroom sliding door is closed, making it very quiet at night.The kitchen, laundry and other supplies are complete, very convenient, and there is a beautiful small yard, sitting inside is very comfortable.Convenient transportation, close to the tram station, very convenient for getting around.The host is attentive, carefully introduced the check-in method, clear and concise, thank you very much

Beautiful spacious apartment, right next to the colonnade with a balcony seating area. The apartment looks much better than in the photos. And yet, even though it's near the colonnade, it's quiet at night. Baby friendly - high chair, potty and travel cot available. We also found a box of toys that was also available. The apartment is well equipped - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, TV with the option of Oneplay or Netflix. The arrival process was smooth, the host was accommodating also in terms of arrival time. We will be happy to return there again :-)

Great private place to run away from the noise of the city. Has everything you might need. It is our second time, and won't be the last!

The cottage is very cozy, clean, well-appointed and has everything you need. We had the best time staying the extended weekend here. Beautiful outdoor area and the two stoves are also great. Radek as host was always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

We had an amazing stay, the house is spacious and at a perfect place. The surroundings are beautiful and with a short drive you can visit great hikes through nature. At arrival we were positively surprised by a free car charger at the private double parking space right in front of the house. This was perfect as we arrived by electric car. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. A nice outside seating area with a garden that was well maintained and within nice scenery finished the perfect few days. Absolutely would recommend!

I highly recommend this charming house! Super nice location with private access to the lake- very generous provision of kayaks and bikes- very uncomplicated and accommodating communication. We were a larger group and were all very comfortable - everyone came to their cost- kids, adults, dog... the area is also beautiful and you can both spend a quiet and active vacation. Great compliment !
