This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Petite studio was even better than we expected! The view was amazing and it was in the perfect spot in Bellagio. Stefano was great with check in, helping carry our bags and very friendly. Luana was always responsive and helped us greatly with our questions regarding the bus system. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 4 days very much! Very nice, clean and well equipped appartment, 10min walk to the lake, lake views, several supermarkets around the corner. Highly recommended! :-)

I stayed here for 3 nights in early June with my two teenage kids and we enjoyed it very much! The lake views were beautiful, and so was the location. We loved being in a small town (with a number of good restaurants) but still close to Lugano, which is also accessible by ferry at a nearby stop. The place was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Host was responsive and helpful. It's about 25m to get to lake level, where we went swimming a number of times. There's no beach or designated entry point (that I could see anyway) but you can hop in off the edge where the boats are tied up. My kids loved it! We didn't have any issue finding parking at the lot at the top of the village (although the spots were quite tight). It's around a 5-minute walk to the apartment which is well worth it to be so close to the lake! Recommended!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Both Francesco and his mom are super friendly, and very service minded. We had an amazing stay for 8 days and truly enjoyed it! The view is spectacular! And the apartment is perfect, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which makes it easy to cook. I would however recommend trying the local Briisa de ness, really good food. I would stay here again any time! One little note, it’s not that easy to get around in the area with your dog, as there are no paths outside of the roads, the roads are quite small and sometimes a bit busy to walk on. So you will either have to drive a bit to get to an area suitable for walking. However there is a small garden attached to the apartment.

Matteo’s place is a very nice apartment in a great location, super convenient to go around, also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Worth it!

Great view of the lake, clean apartment. The area is also great to explore by car! Without it, it's rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Alberto and Mara were always available to us, we were warmly greeted with homemade cake and homemade prosecco. Thank you very much, both were very tasty. We were particularly pleased with the kayaks and mountain bikes. Access to the lake is directly opposite the apartment, you just have to cross the main road. We also received good tips for excursions and attractions. We can definitely recommend this accommodation. 😊👍🏻

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Tremezzo. It’s a beautiful location with stunning lake views and right next to GHT. Our host Irina was very helpful with the check in process and gave us very good recommendations. We would love to come back again.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.
