The property was very comfortable and well equiped. The host was also extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Joelle, Rob, Alan and family are wonderful humans whose cottage is the very definition of rustic charisma (shot through with beguiling French accents). With a convenience store a 2-minute walk away, the post office across the street and a pub just around the corner, the cottage offers a step back from the world without feeling cut off from it. (The WiFi, for the tech-enabled, is also exceptionally good.) I was sad to end my stay early due to a natural disaster on the premises. I would unreservedly recommend this accommodation minus that once-in-a-lifetime aberration.

Thank you very much for everything Margaret. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and you had thought on everything - the breakfast food was a lovely touch too. A very comfortable stay indeed. All was as described and a very central location to enjoy the area. We thoroughly enjoyed a meal out at The Royal Oak, Heckington - a great recommendation.

A lovely cottage with a beautiful garden. It was so peaceful and a joy to wander round the orchard and admire the beautiful flowers each day. If you enjoy wildlife, this is also a great property with regular visits from green woodpeckers and owls. Simon and Denise are very responsive and on hand if you need them, but also allowed us to feel as though we were alone on the property. The hot tub was lovely each evening. Definitely a recommendation from us.
