Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie mit verspielter Hündin und 2 Katzen und geben gerne Tipps für eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Wir sind mit Leib und Seele Gastgeber. Das Stadtzentrum ( Dom ...) ist mit ÖPNV und per Rad (kann gestellt werden) gut erreichbar. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs findet man fußläufig. Auch Thaimassage, Kosmetikdtudio, Restaurants, Cafes, ...

Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

Schönes Tiny House mit Garten und Terrasse

Schönes frisch renoviertes 22qm Häuschen mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse. Durch den Flur im Haupthaus kommt ihr in den Garten, hier befindet sich der Eingang zu unserem kleinen aber feinen Hinterhofhäuschen. Der Fußboden besteht aus hellem Sichtbeton mit einer Fußbodenheizung. Die alten Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt und geölt. Der Boden im Badezimmer hat die original alten Jugendstilfliesen. Die kleine Küchenzeile wurde von uns aus einer alten Werkbank selbst gebaut.

Die Wohnung Dormagen(Delhoven)ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Metropole Köln, sowie die Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf. Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
