Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Colorado Springs

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Fantastic location with wonderful views! Kelly provided tons of information on local restaurants and activities. Unlike some previous rentals, it didn't come with a laundry list of checkout instructions and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

Great quiet, clean place and comfortable apartment. I will stay here again! the Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Finding the place was very clear and the instructions to get to the apartment are really easy to follow.

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

The trains mentioned didn't bother us at all. I think this is possibly one of the best values for the area! SUPER Bang for the buck!

This was a great place for what we needed. We visited for a friend and just needed something close and cheap for the night. I will say if you're expecting to stay in the home more than explore, it is quite small and the shower was tight for someone 6 foot 200 pounds. For what we needed, it was perfect.

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

We are military family that moved into area and Katherine’s place was perfect for our needs. Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. House was clean and very good location to walk to local restaurants. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot downtown Colorado Springs.

Jeremy’s place was so perfect for our stay! He thought of everything in advance. There was a coffee bar, snacks, fire pit, bikes, and games. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a perfect trip!

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

This place was absolutely amazing. Deserves higher than the highest rating. Went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out to get us back in quickly- even at great personal inconvenience to them!

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. They even offered us a late checkout without us asking. The deck and views are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

The best part of staying at this location was that it was only a 3 minute drive to our kids. That made it so easy to spend time with them. We basically only slept there because we were out enjoying all the things to do in this area. Kristin was very helpful with a few of our needs & went above & beyond making sure that things were good for us. That was very appreciated!
