Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Detroit

Perfect place for us to stay while we checked out the Ford Museum and a Tiger's game. Parking right next to the front door which was convenient. Three big bedrooms. Dorothy is super friendly and communicated very well. She even had homemade muffins waiting for us. Great place, highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place and stay - super spacious, clean, and had everything that we need. Kevin was super communicative and proactive, and made sure that our stay in Detroit was comfortable.

Very cool renovated duplex with exposed brick and everything you need. Walkable to downtown and the rest of midtown. I enjoyed my morning walks and being surrounded by many historical buildings

We were in town for a friend's wedding and this was the perfect base from which to explore Detroit. It had everything we needed for a short stay and would be equally comfortable if you were staying longer too.

This place is close to downtown and close to 3 main freeways (75, 94, and 96) so getting places always felt easy during my stay. The place is also just like the pictures are. It was clean and the layout was comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future

We had a great stay at Darin's place. Location was perfect for traveling back and forth to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Home was very spacious and clean with great Wi-Fi connection and multiple TV's. Would definitely stay at Darin's place again!

What a nice stay! Karen was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed, including nice cool rooms during the heat wave that hit Detroit during our stay. The home is situated on a nice quiet block, is just a short walk to an absolutely fantastic coffee shop and a close drive to the sights and sounds of the city. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!

Great location close to restaurants, bars, and shops! The pullout couch was comfortable and provided three separate sleeping spaces.

A few years ago AirB&B ran a TV ad saying, don’t be a tourist. Live like a local. That captures my stay at Casey’s place perfectly. I had a great place to stay, made 2 friends with the neighbors next door and I became a local. That is a real treasure. Thank you, Casey!!

I loved the space~ It was a short stay, but it felt like home! I loved opening the curtains and watching the neighborhood move & groove!! I had trouble with the parking instructions, I arrived late maybe 10pm and I’ve never been AND my phone died🫠😂 So problem with parking instructions was all me! I got it figured out taking a walk around the next day!! Crazy part I actually parked correctly but got nervous and moved the night before😂😂! All that to say~ Incredible space, it’s cute! I could see myself living there😍 plus there’s a burger joint downstairs, a bar restaurant/karaoke/patio soon as you walk out attached to a taco joint, a cafe and the other side a mini market!! THEN there’s a breakfast joint! I mean…bruh!! I had all the information I needed from the hosts before my trip & day of! Everything was clear, the space was great and I would do it again!! That was long winded, my bad😂😂

I loved the open loft feel. It was very clean, not cluttered. Urban vibe. Everything was clean and inviting. The washer and dryer came in handy. We tried twice to take advantage of her recommendation for breakfast but being late sleepers, the bakery was already sold out by 10am. Pavela called once to make sure we were comfortable and I appreciated that.

We made a quick stop in Detroit on our way to Northern Michigan. We had such a pleasant stay in this beautifully curated space. We loved getting lost in some of the books and enjoyed a quick walk to dinner. The historical charm and The Roost coffee shop were the perfect combo for a short stay.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Thanks Michelle for having us in your beautiful apartment. Everything was super smooth - great communication, the apartment was very cosy and clean and it was well located. As I had to work remote I was also positively surprised by the very fast wifi connection (200mbit/s). I can highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Detroit.

Anthony was very responsive! He answered all questions right away. He sent messages to check in on us and made sure we felt at home. The neighborhood is very quite. Space was perfect distance from the free to our event parking was a breeze! Plenty of spaces even during the late night early mornings. Definitely will be visiting again!

Rented this place to attend a concert at ford field. For a short trip, it did the job! Very easy to find, get in, and super clean. The location is a bit sketch at times but not far from downtown at all :)

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

This location is close to public transportation. I rode mogo bikes most of the time I was in Detroit. Good location for a reasonable price.

Ian was a great host. He was very responsive, communicated clearly and quickly. He was very understanding and helpful during our stay. The place accommodates two people well. It was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. If given the opportunity, we will book again!

Its an older home but very tastefully put together. The decor and remodel is outstanding! The neighbors were a little noisy, but not much we could do about that. Everything was wonderful and my next visit I would definitely select this home again. Very serene!

Very peaceful location close to the family and friends we planned to visit in Detroit suburbs. Also close to many stores and only 5 min to the highway for easy travel. Airbnb itself was very clean and comfortable with full kitchen and clean rooms.
