Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown, Louisville

The house was perfect. 2 couples. Very comfortable. TVs everywhere! Beautiful, clean and cozy. We will come back again. Greg and Nicole were great hosts. Quick and efficient communication. Thank you!!!! Next time we can share a few bottles of wine 🙂

This was our third stay at Jonathan’s place. We use it as an overnight stop on our drive from Georgia to Michigan. While it is great for a quick stay, it would make a good longer stay, too. Close proximity to the highway, Kroger and restaurants. We highly recommend Las Margaritas- amazing Mexican food! Jonathan’s place is a clean and comfortable- I’m sure we’ll book again for our next road trip.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and what an incredible experience it was! Stacie's home was clean, had plenty of room, and had everything you could ever need for a fun filled weekend in LV. Only 20 mins to the Derby via uber (just schedule them early!!) 5/5 rating, highly recommend! Thank you AGAIN!

My husband and I had a great time here as we went to see our family. Staying at Amy’s place we felt right at home and any issues we had Amy was quick to get back to me and proactive. Loved it here one of my favorite things was sitting on the swing in the front porch and have my morning coffee.

Great spot for Derby weekend. About a mile from Churchill downs makes it walkable without getting stuck in the traffic. Only ten minutes from the airport. Great communication for dining recommendations, and anything else we needed, charming house.

We had an amazing stay at Debbie's for the Kentucky Derby. The place was absolutely perfect and Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific time. The location was ideally situated between the Churchill Downs and downtown; making getting around easy. We loved the house itself and the room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to coming back again for another Derby!

We felt right at home. The neighborhood is safe. He gave good food recommendations. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s house for the weekend.

This house and service was Exceptional! Danielle did an incredible job hosting us, was extremely attentive, and helped us with all the little things we forgot. She even brought a hot glue gun for us to finish off some of our derby hats. The home is absolutely stunning. Each room is impeccably furnished, cozy, and the living, dining, and spare entertaining area were out of a magazine. I haven’t even gotten to the backyard yet! The backyard is an additional lot laid out like a secret garden and oasis. We had a lovely time with our friends and we’re incredibly satisfied. This area is next to Payne Street full of local shops and fun restaurants. I would definitely come back again, and look forward to booking again next year. What a gem!

Brooke's loft was the perfect place to stay downtown for our honeymoon. We were within walking distance of every bourbon distillery that we had tours scheduled at, and it made the stay that much easier. We were able to park at the parking garage across the street, which was convenient on the days that we did decide to venture out further than we were comfortable walking. When we return to Louisville in the future, and we will be returning, this space will be the first place I check for availability.

Little miscommunication on both of our ends to start the trip, HOWEVER - Brooke and Albert made sure that we were fully taken care of and the place was great. I had many questions throughout the 5 days we were in Louisville and whether it was a text or a call, they were there to help. Could not recommend a host OR a place to stay more in Louisville! Thank you very much for making our trip amazing!

Awesome place to stay while visiting in Louisville. Close to the city, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Safe area! 🙂

Apartment was big and worked well for my needs. Upon arrival there was minimal toilet paper and no trash bags. I reached out to the hosts and they had someone deliver within the hour. Very appreciative of the quick response! No specific check out instructions listed and no response when I messaged to ask however it would not stop me from booking again if I’m ever in the area again!

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and grounds surrounded by lush horse farms… A piece of Heaven! Amy greets us with a warm welcome and tour of the space, it was impressive. In the morning we awoke to fresh brewed coffee and a chefs breakfast of eggs Benedict, absolutely yummy! Over all it was one of our favorite air bnb’s and an exceptional value!

We needed a place to rest our heads for a quick overnight stay. Tamyra's place was lovely. The room was even prettier in person than it appeared in the pictures!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Great neighborhood, great location ,great place and very quaint for what we need for our stay.

The mansion itself feels like a large country home with two screened-in porches, a parlor, dining room, and drawing room, all beautifully decorated with antique and comfortable vintage furniture. but with modern conveniences like internet and a Kuerig that is available all day and night. The stairway landing has a huge golden stained glass window--walking downstairs for breakfast in the morning, you will be bathed in light. It's gorgeous! We stayed in the suite on the top floor, which was quiet and private and comfortable. The owners live onsite--this is not a place where you pick up a key and are left on your own--and they provide just the right balance of southern hospitality and personal space. I highly recommend staying here, whether you want to go have fun out in town or just relax and have a quiet weekend reading and taking walks in the neighborhood.

Lovely place to stay with great history. Great hospitality and breakfast in the morning. We were so sad to only be here for a quick night, we'd love to come back!

The house was very beautiful and every corner of the house was decorated with love. Diana and Larry were really friendly and we enjoyed our time with their doggies. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.

Michelle and Shannon were amazing hosts. Outstanding communication and quick response if we needed anything. The space was extremely clean, comfortable, attractively decorated, and exactly as described and pictured. Plenty to do and see both at the location and in nearby downtown La Grange. I definitely look forward to a return visit.

This was our first B&B experience and Regina set a high standard. Her B&B was beautiful and we felt right at home with her welcome. Regina’s breakfast was delicious, and the best food we’ve had in Kentucky. Highly recommend Regina’s B&B, we will return when we come back to KY. Thank you for everything Regina!
