Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Louisville

Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! We came upon this place after our original Airbnb cancelled on us after check in time. Host was quick to respond and made it quick and easy for us. Area was clean and some nice shops and coffee close by. Found a local steakhouse a few blocks away that was great to eat at. Plenty of space for 2 families of 3.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

The place was great, slightly bigger than I expected. I really appreciated the two bedrooms each had outdoor access so when staying with friends and you each have a dog it made things very convenient to not disrupt each other. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Louisville!

Brandon was a great host! The house was easy to find & in a good location with restaurants & brewery close by. Perfect stop for traveling with our dogs, the fenced in yard was perfect! Would stay at Brandon’s place again. Thanks!

This was such a wonderful little getaway for us. The house was so cute on a quiet, beautiful street. There were many things in walking distance, and it was close to downtown. The host allowed us to check in early for our kid’s nap time and even left some toys! Very thoughtful.

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

My family had a great stay at this beautifully furnished home. It is centrally located within the pristine Norton Commons community, and it is close to many shops and restaurants. Great place to make home base for a trip to Louisville!

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Carli was incredibly responsive! Her home was clean and exactly what we needed for our week trip away from home while we explored the bourbon trail. We were excited for the fenced in yard so we could bring our dogs but the nearby bar made it so we would need to go out with them each time. Aside from that we had a wonderful stay. We’re already planning a second trip back to Kentucky and would be happy to stay in the house again!

My Husband and I booked this home extremely last minute and were pleasantly surprised with both the flexibility of the host. As for the home, it was very well appointed and we felt very comfortable.

Everything was as advertised and the host was very proactive with communication, including instructions and suggestions of activities in the area. Neighborhood is transitioning so a bit sketchy but not too bad. Plenty of parking out front and a spot on the side.

Our host thought of everything we might need during our stay. Our rental was very clean and cozy and close to downtown, the zoo and St. Matthews area. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Morgan and Taylor's place. The apartment is as described. It's in an historic building in a neighborhood filled with historic markers. The apartment was clean, and the games were a lot of fun. During our visit, Morgan was very responsive, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.
