Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Louisville

My husband said this was his favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It is super homey, clean, well-appointed, and an overall great place to stay. I will totally look this up next time I'm in Louisville!

Great Butchertown location - walk to E Market in 5-10 mins. Around the corner from Butchertown Bakery for your coffee and Danish. Ideal location to soccer stadium. Fabulous kitchen, all updated. Two standard bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. We would stay here again 100%

This was a perfect choice for a meet-up for three couples. We had a bourbon tour planned but we also wanted to explore the local NuLu area in Louisville- easy walk from the house. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and bedrooms worked out nicely. Would definitely visit this area again as the restaurants, bars and shops are great! Very convenient to the downtown, too.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and found the home yo be comfortable and quiet at night. Mackenzie was very responsive and and a wonderful host ensuring our stay was trouble free.

We really enjoyed the house; from the convenient location, to the clean, comfortable and quiet home, our stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there is a general relaxed and cozy atmosphere that we enjoyed. Perfect fit for what I needed. The house was clean, safe, and in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the hosts’ hospitality and attentiveness. Easy to communicate with, easy check-in and check-out process. Well worth it!

If I ever come back and this house is available I will definitely use it again!!

My family had a very nice stay. Justin was very good at communicating. NuLu was walkable just a block over to the main street with a lot of restaurants and a block the other way to Fall City Brewery. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit and hot tub. This is in the city so there is traffic and car noises throughout the day and night. I used a sound machine in the bedroom which made everything perfect.

We loved our stay. Safe area considering being downtown Louisville. A lot of things to do in the area. We were 15 min to Churchill Downs. A must see! Also, tons of food in the area. The apartment was very clean, and very comfortable. Plenty of room for family’s & or 3 couples. The old church gives the apartment a very cool look. Definitely would stay here again. The host was great!

Kymberli’s place is just as she described. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee out there in the morning. Ideal location, walkable to lots of places, including restaurants and the Big 4 walking bridge.

A great small space course to the horse track and the airport. Barbara is very her description on the duplex and the neighborhood, so you won’t be disappointed if you read all the words. Barbara was very friendly and responsive!

Great host with great locations! Always helpful Whenever needed. Perfect spot for places to visit close by and get around the city with ease

Bethany's place was so cute! We loved sitting on the chaise to have our morning coffee, looking out at the magnolia tree across the way. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were very effective! We slept well. We appreciated all the little touches- the local recommendations (we enjoyed walking to and around Cherokee park), the tea and espresso provided, the shower products- everything was thoughtful and comfortable and made our stay relaxing. We would be happy to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful 2nd floor unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, catching some views and rays. Loved having 2 bathrooms, laundry and a full kitchen. Easy parking spot behind or on a quiet street in front for quick access. Safe and peaceful area but not far from all the fun you could want. Very responsive host communication. We would stay here again without question when we make it back to the area.

Loved "the Nut" craftsman charm and very comfortable 2 bedroom layout. Communication and instructions made it super easy to enjoy this as our base of operations from Whiskey Row to Church Hill Downs and back! Great beds and loved having coffee already available :)

This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

It is great to find a place that feels like home central to everything walkable to restaurants bars stores, beautiful location Matt was a super host. This will be our home away from home when visiting Louisville.

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

Karen’s place was great! Very clean and had everything we would need. Very cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.
