Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Louisville

This place was clean, homey and even more adorable than the photos show. Super close to restaurants and easy to get around. Hope to stay again!

Loved Takisha’s place. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. It also was very quiet for having several other units in the building. We stayed the night there for a concert and didn’t hear a bit of noise once we closed the patio door and were ready to wind down for the night. The patio had pretty comfy little rocking chairs as well! The building itself had a very cool concept and easy to understand. It was also very secure and private, needing to use your fob at every door. I felt the host was extremely responsive to answering all my questions and was so great with communication. She responded to me within minutes when I had a question about how to access the rooftop. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay, everything was well set up and well rounded for groups. Would highly recommend.

great stay at Krystian’s place. plenty of space and super convenient to anywhere in downtown Louisville. really liked having a driveway and didn’t have to rely on street parking. would stay again!

Lovely home in a quiet area. Theatre room is great and the beds are very comfortable. Jordan was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! The property was extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and found the home yo be comfortable and quiet at night. Mackenzie was very responsive and and a wonderful host ensuring our stay was trouble free.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

Loft was exactly as pictured in the photos. Great area in downtown, can walk to so many restaurants. Fast responses from David too. Wonderful experience overall

Perfectly located smack dab in the action of Whiskey Row! that being said, it was perfectly quiet and a beautiful space, outfitted with all we needed. Maria was very helpful and responsive every step of the way! can't wait to visit again! EJ and Renae
