Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Pensacola

Matteo’s place is great, and he is a great host! His place is spacious, clean and within walking distance of stores and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed staying downtown and it made for a fun change of scenery after spending the day at the beach. We had a great time there and look forward to staying again in the future.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alleys place! It was everything that we needed for a lovely Mother’s Day Weekend!!! Location was on point, walkable, there’s a park near by and was just really close to everything we had on our list to visit. Alley was friendly and very accommodating! We were able to check in early, and trust me riding in a car for 6 hours with 3 kids that truly made our experience even better lol. Whenever we’re back in town I’ll be sure to see if this place is available!

Tim and Marie were absolutely amazing hosts! Coopers Cottage is situated in a quiet, quaint area near historic Pensacola. Amenities, Amenities, you name it, they have it- tissues, beach towels, games, water, snacks, soda, coffee, creamer, sugar, beautiful landscape front and back!! Well kept cottage. We loved our time here! The walk-in shower 🚿 was delightful and relaxing! The outdoor lights and seating area was comforting. Instructions for the house were conveniently located in a binder along with a chalk board welcoming sign for us!!! If I could give Tim and Marie 10 stars, I would. Cooper's Cottage is fully equipped and definitely our first choice to stay in Pensacola again. Thank you greatly Tim and Marie!

Beautiful home with tons of comfortable space for your family! Laura was very responsive and the location was perfect for our son’s wedding in downtown Pensacola! They are building a home next to this one but the workers and the new homeowner respected our space and were conscientious to not disrupt our plans. They all even congratulated our family on the wedding!

My family and I felt right at home. This was a very cute home with a lovely back yard. Beth and Brian were very responsive. If I am ever back in the area, I will not hesitate to stay here.

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! We had a fantastic stay. The house is circa 1880 but still has all the modern amenities you need without compromising the original vibe/feel of the home. We loved the location. It was easy to hop on the bridge to get over to Pensacola Beach and there were plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. The house is perfect for families because you can spread out. Why pay a similar price at Pensacola Beach and just get a small hotel groom (and families know how that goes when you are stuck in a hotel room multiple days with nowhere to go if you have a little one trying to take a nap!) when you can get a small taste of what it was like back in 1880. The house is also perfect for two couples as it has a separate areas to stay (one bedroom and bathroom was upstairs) so you can do your own thing but then have the common areas to hang out as a group. We had an amazing time!

Enjoyed our stay very much and it was 5-20 min from all things we wanted to check out while in Pensacola. The home was beautiful inside and a lovely patio area out back as well. And a very easy clean up required for check out. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again in the future. The host was good to check in and make sure the stay was going well. Perfect Pensacola Airbnb!! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Unit C in Pensacola! This cute little place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of charm and attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet spot in Pensacola!

All I can say is WOW! Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Jason's place. The area was centrally located to everything that we needed, which meant that we got everywhere in less than 30 minutes. The kitchen and grill made it extremely convenient to purchase groceries and cook our meals! The bed was extremely comfortable, with a nice TV to relax in front of at the end of the day. The bathroom was extremely spacious with great lighting for getting ready to head out on the town. Air conditioning kept us very comfortable during our hot June stay. Jason provided great communication for our check-in and was readily available during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when we return!

So cute! So charming! So thoughtful! The inside of Vickie's place is just adorable and she really has thought of EVERYTHING. From chip clips to a magnifying mirror to a comfy mattress topper -- the place it set up for any needs that might arise. Her location is perfect as it's about 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and really 5-10 from whatever else you might be doing (including the Handlebar for. concert or McGuire's for some seriously good food!). It would be no hesitation to book with her again! She is considerate with her house explanations and very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

My stay was awesome, very affordable, close to Pensacola Beach, lots of restaurants ect.

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

Great place to stay

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

We loved staying at Julie’s place. It was close to lots of things to do but was quiet and relaxing. It was very clean and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone!

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

My family loved our stay. The pool was amazing!! We enjoyed evenings by the pool side/spa while listening to bands. The home was clean and well stocked. King size bed was comfy and my son said the pull out couch was just as good. We would stay again!
