Rose’s home was phenomenal. Just as the pictures but even better. I was unable to get into the apartment because Airbnb locked me out of my account and Rose was so gracious in helping me to get inside and answering any questions I had. Lovely place and will definitely stay there the next time I am in Paris.

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

We just had a 7-night stay here and really enjoyed our time. Marwane was incredibly helpful from start to finish—he even went out of his way to bring us a second fan during the heatwave, which we really appreciated. The apartment is ideally located, with plenty of food options and other amenities within walking distance. We were in town for the airshow, so the 25-minute walk to the event was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed, and if something wasn’t there, Marwane was more than happy to help. Secure parking for the car was also a big plus. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

We had a good experience. The room was clean and was near to the public transport. I would like to give a shout out to Sam for providing a fan in 1 day. We had conveyed to Sam that it is too hot in the room and we got the fan next day. Thank you 😊

The best shower I have ever had, even comparing with hotels. Perfect when you arrive so tired after a very busy day in Paris!!! The host is very proactive and answer very quickly. The house is very convenient in terms of location - in front of train station. It is equipped with everything for cooking and very comfortable. I recommend and would back there again.

The place is so peaceful and calm, and there is attention to detail. I was going through a hard time in my life and this place was the sanctuary I needed. Great WiFi , great location ( just 15 min to central Paris ) and lovely family. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you 🙏 and to Matisse the cat who was also very cute !

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el estudio de Julia. Desde el primer momento fue muy atenta, comunicativa y amable. El lugar estaba en perfectas condiciones: limpio, cómodo y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Recomiendo totalmente su espacio. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme allí.

The apartment was perfect. It’s just as the pictures. If you’re travelling with a group or family, it could be the perfect solution. We had a vehicle so the parking worked out super easy for us, especially in Paris. The area where the apartment is super modern and new. We would stay there again for sure.

Definitivamente es un lugar que vale mucho la pena quedarse, aunque puede parecer pequeño, la organización de las cosas lo hacen verdaderamente y la cantidad de cosas que puede encontrar en el alojamiento, me encantó!!! Definitivamente volvería!!!

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
