Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Very nice and quiet apartment centrally located in Duisburg-Neudorf. It is located on the second floor and includes the attic. On the latter is the bedroom with walk-in closet. In the lower part of the apartment, there is a large living room with a couch and TV as well as a work area with a large desk. The kitchen with kitchenette and free-standing dining table offers plenty of space and allows complete self-catering.

The 25-square-meter apartment in the DG of a three-family house has been furnished with attention to detail. It is part of a 50 square meter apartment consisting of two identical apartments. Each half is equally divided: there is a sleeping and a dining/living area. Only the hallway is shared by both parties. There is also a bathroom, so each apartment resident has their own.
