The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.

Stay in quiet location

The apartment was newly built in 2015 as a ground floor extension of a complex renovation of a beautiful villa (built in 1904). The large window front overlooks the 1000 m2 garden. This includes a small terrace, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a parking space on the property.
