We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

The Crossroads Inn is near downtown Allegan Michigan. This wonderfully well-kept home built in the 1920s is at the busy intersections of M-89, M-40 and M-222. It is within walking distance of downtown or just minutes from any business in Allegan. Thirty minutes to South Haven and Kalamazoo. Walking distance to the Allegan County fairgrounds. Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Beautiful, fresh, open studio on Hutchins Lake Channel. Keypad entrance through garage w/private, keyed entrance to guest suite above the garage. Maximum occupancy is 2. For insurance reasons, we are unable to allow use of any of our watercraft, but you are welcome to bring your own! Local attractions: Saugatuck 10 mi Fenn Valley Winery, Modales Winery, & Virtue Cider 0.3 mi - 1 mi Crane's Orchard , Winery, & Restaurant 2.5 mi Holland & South Haven 17 mi north or south

The Vault Loft: Downtown Otsego

Very unique apartment downtown Otsego, walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Recently renovated, this space sits above the vault of a 1920's era bank with a rustic/industrial feel. Our Guest House is located on a quiet country road 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Holland and 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Grand Rapids and Saugatuck. The property sits on 5 acres with the owners home next to the Private Guesthouse. You'll have access to the pool, your own patio with comfortable seating, and a wood fire pit. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.
