We're in a valley, so you'll hear a car now and then, but the acres and our stretch of river are yours. Fair warning, we're off-grid. The AC runs, but you're in a tent, so it takes the heat down without feeling like your living room. Power's solar with a propane generator for backup, and it makes noise when it kicks on.
