Our modern style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a quiet place as it is located at the back of the building ("créaflors" store – backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bath and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking just across the street.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

You are next to the "Gazomètre" metro station, next to the lower Sambre and bus stops. You can park for free in a garage located across the street from the accommodation.

Access to the games and sports room is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Barbecue possible.
