Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Köln, Aachen und Düsseldorf. Diese Städte sind vom Hbf Düren sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichbar. Die Eifel ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum der Stadt Düren befindet sich 3 km entfernt von der Wohnung. Zudem ist die Lage ideal als Start von Radtouren entlang der Rur.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!
