Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Restaurantes, Kneipen, Kino, Shoppingmeile ....nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. ÖPNV, Banken, Bahnhof befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Borussia-und Sparkassenpark ist nur 4 km entfernt. Für Messebesucher ist die Autobahnanbindung nach Düsseldorf sehr interessant.

It offers an ideal starting point for walks, bike rides, soccer games in Borrussia Park and trips to Roermond (20 min), Venlo and Düsseldorf (25 min), Venlo and Düsseldorf (25 min)). In the Hardter Wald there are two trendy places that should not be missed.
