Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Bay Township

Had such a nice stay in Traverse city! This condo was in a great location near downtown, the beach, and wineries. It was the perfect amount of space for my friends and I. It was nice and tidy and Mark provided clear instructions for everything. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

This is the best stay for Traverse City. The location is the absolute best. Everything you want to do in the city is walkable. The parking spot was right across the street and if you wanted to rent additional spots it was very easy to do. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Victoria’s Sutton’s Bay retreat! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect… across the street from the beach, boutiques and restaurants as well as easy to drive to wineries and all of the wonderful towns. We had the pleasure of meeting Vicky. She was readily available if we needed her help and to answer any questions. We highly recommend this Air B&B and hope to return!

Our stay was perfect thanks to Camille! The place was everything we could’ve asked for. A nice, big kitchen to store and cook all our food, plenty of space to fit everyone, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We will definitely look to come back and stay here whenever we are back in the Empire/Maple City/Glen Arbor area!

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home! The host was fantastic, and the accommodations were everything we could want. The host supplied every amenity listed, plus more that you didn't even know you might need. Excellent location, very quiet, plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Traverse City.

Clean, stylish, well-appointed house comfortably accommodated our whole family. Location is ideal - very easy to get anywhere in TC. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The grocery store is very close by. The living room and rec room are very spacious and comfortable. Quarter bath is a disproportionate bonus - really comes in handy with a larger group in the house! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

What's so cool about this place is how flexible it is. I could bring my friends here for an adult weekend and never run out of things to do, or I could bring my toddler here and (with a baby gate over the stairs) she'd be safe with tons to do. I have to echo what all the other reviews say: the place was spotless and super welcoming, peaceful and private, fantastic amenities all in perfect condition, with tons to do in the house and in the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, proactive and helpful and friendly and engaged. Every inch of the place shows her thoughtfulness, from the tasteful decor to the light bulbs with hue tuned to each space. All in all: perfect. I can't wait to come back again and again.

Jenn's house was perfect for a bachelorette party weekend. There were 12 of us and the house was plenty big enough for everyone. The house was so clean and beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. Jenn was friendly to communicate with. I would definitely stay at her house again when we are in Traverse City.

Had no issues at all, host was fantastic as well and provided clear instructions, communicated all details prior to check in, and I have no doubt IF we had any issues Lisa would respond quickly. This was our first time in Michigan and Traverse city and we felt right at home in Natalia’s AirBnb. This place was honestly one of the best AirBnb’s I have ever stayed at in almost 20 years of using this service. The place is spacious, spotless and well equipped. Natalia has almost everything you can think of for amenities in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The place has a designer’s touch and looks like it could be featured in Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. The other bonus is how close the place is to all the restaurants and waterfront. Don’t even hesitate to book her AirBnb. Highly recommended and this is coming from a picky person!

Quick visit but memorable stay!

Loved our stay! Check-in was super easy and communication was quick. The place was really cute and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was great quality and the kitchen had way more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Loved the little extras like body wash and laundry detergent. The rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus and got really hot. Parking was fine in our small SUV but could be tight for something bigger. Super quiet and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!

Carrie was a phenomenal host. From the moment I booked she had already gave me extremely detailed check in instructions, recommendations, ways to contact her, and best of all a sincere greeting. She was as pleased to give us a great experience as we were to receive one. She exceeded our expectations by miles when it came to hospitality. The home itself was clean, beautiful and a few minute walk from downtown. One of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in awhile with how cozy the bedroom is. Would absolutely book it again when I return. The only downside I had was paying almost 300 for a single night was a bit high considering I spent that much for 3 nights in Chicago. However, I do believe that is pretty standard for Traverse City in general so can’t blame them too much honestly. Other properties I looked at were in the 400 and 500 ranges so I guess you could say it’s relatively cheaper than many others in the same area. Overall, Carrie was a great host with an amazing home.

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was very modern & clean. We enjoyed the hot tubs on the rooftops. Very centrally located to downtown & wineries. We’d stay here every time visiting TC! Thanks again!!
