Holiday rentals with a fireplace in East Cook

We had an awesome stay. The home was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the patio and fire pit, using it in the morning to enjoy our coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. The location was great, secluded but close enough to the main highway to make the drive to the state parks and Duluth easy. We would definitely like to make a return visit sometime in the future!

We had a great stay at The Woodland Retreat. The home had everything we needed and offered us a relaxing environment as we prepared for Grandma's Marathon.

My running club and I came to Two Harbors to run Grandma’s marathon - and Blackbeach was only going to be the housing. Instead it ended up being the highlight. The location is idyllic with a private beach and stunning views of Lake Superior. Every morning, we woke up to waves crashing. In the evenings, we hunkered down by the beach with a warm fire. Adam and team was extremely responsive, let us know all the expectations ahead of time, and answered all our questions. Additionally, it was clear that Adam took so much pride in orchestrating such a calming and delightful oasis. Every detail was charming and well thought out. Would highly highly recommend staying at Blackbeach. Thank you Adam and team!

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

We had a such a relaxing time here! Host was very responsive. The place was so nice and clean and was perfect for our getaway in two harbors! We really enjoyed the bonfire pit and the sauna!

Stephanie’s place was perfect for us while we were in town working. It was within walking distance of convenience stores, Shoppers, local restaurants, grocery stores. It was clean and comfortable. Stephanie was also a star hostess who was responsive and incredibly accommodating when I had to add extra nights. I would recommend again and again.

Truly enjoyed using this unit during our one week stay. It was very clean and comfortable with all amenities as advertised and additional unexpected treats! Nicoline is very familiar with her property and able to communicate tricks and tips to make your stay more enjoyable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with entertainment and dining available within short driving distances. We'd be more than happy to recommend this suite to others.

Debbie's place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's a great location - walkable to restaurants and shops, and close to the Bear and Wolf centers and close to hiking trails. We would highly recommend!

I stayed here for three days with my wife and 2-month-old daughter. We received a warm welcome from Robert and Chester. We also got to meet Emmy Lou the following day. We loved everything about the stay. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of nature and felt one with it as we walked around the place. Robert recommended some local spots that we couldn't find on Google, and we enjoyed them. He was always ready to help us feel at home, and we recommend his place for anyone visiting Thunder Bay. P.S.: If you like "The Outdoor Boys", then you'll enjoy interacting with Robert, learning about his projects, the place and everything about the overall experience.

The cozy bear den was clean, comfortable and cozy! It’s in a great location, close to all of the north shore parks and other attractions. We needed last minute accommodations and the owners were responsive and able to help. The sauna was an added bonus. Recommend!!

A very clean place. While it's an older house, including the basement, Alanna goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The price is very reasonable, and the host is incredibly responsive. The family resides on the main level, but they are quiet and respectful, ensuring a peaceful stay. If you're looking for an affordable option, I highly recommend this place.
