Holiday rentals with breakfast in East Lindsey

Another lovely stay at Mandy & Michael's house on our annual visit to Cadwell Park. We couldn't be made more welcome, with Mandy remembering our individual breakfast choices a year on - amazing! The house is lovely, well located for a walk into town, the bedrooms are comfortable, with thoughtful touches such as water bottles, and even a miniature bottle of wine! Couldn't fault it - highly recommended -thanks guys, we'll be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We had such a wonderful stay with our two little ones and Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is perfect, great size with really comfortable living room and eat in kitchen which opens out onto a little deck. It was super clean and beds were all very comfortable! Lovely touches like breakfast and bottle of wine in the fridge for when we arrived. The cottage is also walking distance to cafes and pubs and to the beach! Would love to come back!

Malcolm and Sandra were super sweet and helpful, and the room was exactly as described. Very comfy, cosy and quiet and great value, would definitely recommend.

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Beautiful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again. Silke and Kevin were fantastic hosts who were there to help if we ever needed it.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

The Appartment is near the City Centre (4 min Walk) and the next Food Store is just 1 min Walking Distance, on the Street are a couple of Restaurants and Takeaways so thats great. The Appartment was nice and clean only the Bed Sofa was a little unconfortable, but I didin`t die, for a couple of Days it`s totally fine (I`m used to a King Size Boxspring Bed here in Switzerland) The Master Double Bed was great and the Bathroom upstairs is really Big and nice. We had our own Parking Space what is great. The Renzo Team was ever so supportiv and helpful, great Service. We are going to come back for sure next Time if the Appartment free. Lesley was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was staying for work and she gave me a lift to the location to save me from walking in the heat! She also provided breakfast items, toiletries for showering and most importantly a fan to help combat this heat. She was a very fast communicator so any questions I had were responded to very quickly. The room is part of her house and Lesley makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you arrive, like I was staying with a friend. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean so I had a great sleep all 3 nights I was there. I think the price of this AirBnb is an absolute steal for not only the room but also Lesley's amazing hospitality. Definitely worth staying if visiting Lincoln.

Clean room, very friendly hosts. Comfy bed! Birdsong in the morning. There's parking (at the front) and it's about 15 minutes walk to the town centre (Newark is flat). A local park, a small nature reserve, the castle and the leisure centre are all within 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive). Breakfast is simple and catered for both gluten and lactose free. I enjoyed myself and would recommend it.

Lovely space. Ideal that it has a little enclosed area of garden to toilet my dog. Catherine was very accomodating. I had the breakfast which was also great.

From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

We've had a perfect stay at 26. We felt so welcome and were spoilt with a bed time brownie and a beautiful, tasty breakfast the next morning, especially the homemade muffins. The coffee machine in our room was a bonus too. The bed is so comfy with great quality bedding. I would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting the local area.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Elwes family 🩷
