Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay at the Chalet in Cleethorpes! We had a fantastic stay at this lovely chalet in Cleethorpes. The place was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts Mike & Amanda were absolutely great—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already planning to come back again. Highly recommended

We have had a few wonderful days in the Wendy house, very quiet relaxing location with easy access to everything that we wanted to visit. It had everything you could want contained within the chalet although we ate out most of the time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really beautiful lodge and extremely spacious. We shared as three couples and for the price was excellent value. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. The only downside was check-in wasn’t until 4pm it had been cleaned as the cleaners were leaving as we arrive just after 12 noon, but we had to leave everything in the car as we had a function to go to so didn’t unpack till we came home later on that evening.

Excellent accommodation just what it said. observation key box was behind the post and not clearly visible.Needs a form of blind at front window over looked by adjacent caravan.Very clean throughout .

Had a great time, lovely place to stay for a weekend with our toddler. Would definitely stay here again, the chalet was lovely and well-equipped, and the site was quiet. Enjoyed the seaside decor and thankfully we had good weather during our stay so we could enjoy the beach. Beach hut is great for convenience, was glad to have somewhere to keep our stuff while on the beach. Big step down from the beach hut meant it wasn't really suitable for relaxing in with a 2 year old but that wasn't an issue as she wanted to be on the sand all the time anyway. Beds were very comfy and we particularly enjoyed reading the book of Lincolnshire folk tales and riddles in the evening when our daughter was in bed.

We had a great 2 night stay! Very comfy and homely, the caravan had everything we needed. Michaela left clear instructions on how to find the plot and how to get in. Lots to do on the campsite and close to lots of activities. Would stay again!

Kokomo is a magical place. A beautiful beach cabin with lovely sea side vibes and decor. Truly a home from home with everything you need being so well equipped and thoughtful. We luckily had a week of glorious sunshine, enjoying the beach and dunes that the chalet looks across. Sitting outside in the sunloungers, listening to and watching the birds and wild life was a feast for the senses. Eating al fresco style under the awning with a generous table and benches, surrounded by wild rosemary and wonderful shrubs and fairy lights also made it such a memorable stay. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return. The wider Humberston fitties is a little slice of heaven too, on the edge of the nature reserve and a fabulous setting to totally unwind, recharge and enjoy nature. Thank you so much to Claire, a wonderful host, for sharing her slice of paradise.

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

Lovely static in lovely location. Site easy to find, static was a little trickier to find but nothing a little drive around didn’t solve! Only there for one night sadly but it was lovely and would definitely stay again as the whole last minute booking was a breeze and great comms from the host too. Very modern, cosy and well presented static… would love to have stayed longer and didn’t want to come home! Proximity to beach was amazing! Thanks 😊
