Holiday rentals with a fireplace in East Macedonia and Thrace

The accomodation exceeded our expectarions. It’s located inna private area, a little outside the town but you have supermarket and caffe at a walkable distance. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. The small bathroom has a shower too, and we reduced the waiting time by a lot, glad to that. We will defenitely return here, when we will come back in Thassos

Το σπίτι βρισκόταν μέσα στην παλιά πόλη της Ξάνθης σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, όλα ήταν στα πόδια μας, καφέ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καταστήματα. Ο χώρος ήταν ζεστός, βολικός, εργονομικός και με άψογη αισθητική. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα την Ξάνθη ως προορισμό για διακοπές και φυσικά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, αν θέλει κάποιος να επωφεληθεί στο έπακρο όλα όσα έχει η πόλη να του προσφέρει. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Great house, very beautiful inside, very clean, the description of all the amenities was correct. Kyriaki was a great host, she was very responsive and had welcome us with fresh fruits and cold water in the fridge and it was very refreshing when we arrived. The house was a bit far from the centre, however it was in a quiet neighbourhood and the town is not that big so it was comfortable overall.

We’re a family with a young child coming from a big city, and this place was exactly what we needed! It’s quiet, convenient, and surrounded by nature. The large patio was a big highlight — perfect for relaxing while the little one played safely. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for peace and space in beautiful Potos!

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

The place was very clean, with a beautiful seaview and quiet and nice neighbourhood. Very generous free street parking space. We will come back in our next vacation in Kavala.

Приятна къща, любезни домакини. Девствен плаж на 150 метра. Усещането в двора на къщата е сякаш си в парк. На 45 минути е популярният плаж Амолофи. The palm beach restaurant and bar е по- близкият плаж и доста приятна ерия. Като цяло, приятно преживяване!

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Un apartament foarte frumos, curat și intim. Paturile confortabile și terasa spațioasă, ideala pentru servit masa și seri plăcute la un păhărel de ouzo.

I think this apartment was the best we could find for a group of 5 people . excelent conditions, very clean, and very good quality furniture. It looks like personal house and we felt like we were visiting our relatives :) host is very friendly and communication was very easy. In the yard there is place for barbecue and playground for the kids to play. We were going to Golden Beach from Here and it was 15 minutes

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, we felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning.

Мястото изглежда точно както е на снимките - големи, комфортни спални, прекрасна гледка към морето от балкона, просторна дневна и добре оборудвана кухня, външно барбекю, място за паркиране до къщата. Домакинята е много приятна и отзивчива дама. Чистота беше на нужното ниво. Намира се в самото начало на селото, не е много близо, но не е и толкова отдалечено от плажовете, ние така или иначе бяхме с автомобили. В селото има малък хранителен магазин, 2 ресторанта с много добри цени, както и пекарна и магазини за риба и месо. Не ни липсваше нищо :)

Мы с семьёй первый раз побывали в Греции и первый раз снимали здесь жилье. Очень рады что первым жильём был дом Filippos и Markella! Дом великолепный: очень чистый, уютный, комфортный, есть всё нужное для кухни, ванны, для сна. Markella очень отзывчивая, так как быстро отвечала на вопросы и помогала когда нужно было!!! Спасибо вам большое!!! Очень рекомендую Venetia's House!

Panagiotis hat hier eine eigene kleine Erholungswelt erschaffen: es mangelt an nichts. Pool, Spielplatz, Tiere, Garten,… Ein herrlicher Ort um Urlaub zu machen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und in den kleinen Städten Asprovalta, Vrasna und Stavros. Das Haus sowie die Anlage war wirklich sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit

Apostolos holiday home is something very special, both in terms of its design and its location. You stay in the middle of an olive grove, close to nature. The house is attractively designed for its size and the terrace is great fun. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our 11-day stay and had a perfect rest.

You will never find a more friendly and hospitable host. The amount of details and attentions we received made us feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough! . We will definitely be back.!

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

The place is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view to the sea. It is very spacious, with all amenities, and feels homely. Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay overall - would recommend.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you
