Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Our space is for adults only with one queen sized bed in the back bedroom & one queen sized airbed in the main cabin. We've got room to park your boat, plug it in & charge your batteries! Enjoy fishing off the dock day or night. There is an underwater green light that attracts fish for night fishing.
