Very friendly host and living close helps , gave us some tips for our walking etc , clean accommodation and just right for a few days break

Working in Portsmouth a few days a week currently - and this lotto find was perfect! Nice space to work & relax in, literally a 2 minute walk from the train station - and even closer to the shops and supermarket! Oh - and a seriously seriously comfy bed! I will most definitely be back!

Lovely modern decor, spotlessly clean. Sue was very welcoming and friendly and responded quickly to messages. We would stay again.

Ellis's apartment was clean and comfortable. The off-road parking was a useful bonus. The area was quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants. The information pack was helpful.

Great location close to the coastal path. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Easy to access and the host was quick to respond.

We were fortunate to stay in both flats at The Priory due to family circumstances and the flexibility and kindness of Andrew and Vicky. 1 bedroom flat was perfect for a couple, lovely sea views with a sunny balcony. Well equipped with everything you need and very clean. 2 bedroom flat was very spacious and again lovely views, cleanliness and very well equipped with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. We also used the gardens in the evening, sat in the sunshine with a G&T! Perfect. Both flats are in a great quiet location but only a 5-10 min walk to the old village and beach front. Thank you to Andrew and Vicky for making our stay comfortable and accommodating our needs. We will be booking again in the future.

Pamela, is a great host met us at property and showed us around, lovely postion in Old Portsmouth close to all areas. We loved watching the shipping movements from the lounge, would use again if still available having use of the garage was great.

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

This is a great flat, large, quiet, in a beautiful setting, and only about 30 seconds' walk from the cafe in the cloisters at the cathedral, where we went for breakfast. We would love to come back.

The Coach Barn is small but perfectly formed! We stayed there while visiting family in the area, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The place was spotless, and had everything you might need. With four of us staying, the sofa bed was pre-made up when we arrived (avoiding a post-travel argument with the other half about how to get the bed out!). It was very warm, but as an upstairs flat in a mini heatwave, that was expected! We flung all the windows open, and the gated rural location allowed us some security to have them open all night for ventilation. It's a great little place, and we would be happy to visit again.

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

The flat is lovely located on the second floor of the house not ideal for people with walking issues with stairs. The flat is exactly like it was described, two nice big bedrooms, a cosy lounge and dining area with sea view. The location of the flat is great, walking distance to town centre and beach. Jess had warned us about parking as I came with my own car. Market place which is the free parking road was constantly full but next to the flat (literally next door), there is a long stay car park. You can buy a permit for 2 or 3 days and the best thing about this permit, it is also valid in different car parks across the island. We really enjoyed our stay in Jess’s flat and I will recommend it to anyone who is interested to come to visit the Island of Wight.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting our son - good location (for us) and close to the beach. Parking was readily available outside the flat (permits supplied). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi worked well.

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

Our host was very welcoming. She enabled us to make full uninhibited use of the facilities in her home. She paid attention to our potential needs and adapted to them in a considerate manner. Access to garden space and having a room facing it were beneficial, making the stay quiet. The parking space was a bonus and particularly important for us. We are familiar with the location; it proved to be better than we had anticipated. Local amenities were close by.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

Really enjoyed my 2 week stay , clean, comfortable and within walking distance of all amenities, bars,restaurants and shops . Would definitely stay again .

What a wonderful stay, there was lots of instructions so you know exactly how to use everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there was instructions on how to use the microwave/ oven. The location was brilliant, lots of things to do around and a quick walk to the beach. The host has really thought of everything. Highly recommend.
