Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Bentley Cottage

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
