Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.

Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. We are located on a quiet street, no parties, events or functions allowed. Must be 25yr or older. Boat lift not included Approved STR License
