Very cozy and comfortable accommodation for two people. Everything is very clean and stylish. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the hostess – a very friendly and helpful woman. Absolutely recommended!

Néophita’s place was beautiful! Extremely spacious and comfortable, very clean and easy to get to, our host was very accommodating when it came to our late check in time and was extremely lovely to chat with and such a joy! Next time I stay in Paris with a group of friends I would absolutely choose to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Really nice and quiet location and it was exactly the same as shown in the photos. The house is near the train stations so you can easily get to the centre of the city. Also, J.O. was amazing, the communication was quick and clear and there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend 😊💯

We live in Germany and wanted to visit Paris with our friends and our respective children. We were looking for accommodation near Paris that was large enough to accommodate 2 families and where we could park without difficulty. The house offered by Monique is perfect. Very well equipped, quiet, the H line is accessible in 5 minutes on foot and allows you to reach Paris. The house was modern, very clean, well-equipped, with shopping possibilities directly nearby. We recommend this house to families who want to visit Paris, letting the children play in the garden in the evening, in peace and quiet and above all with enough space for everyone. 😊
