My cozy, family-friendly home is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, in a pleasant proximity to the city but still beautifully in the countryside. The 60m ² apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch (extendable as a sofa bed), a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Of course there is also free WiFi available

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which faces east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with all the necessary things to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles! Municipal taxes of €2.70 per night are charged per guest.
