The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.

We were in Klagenfurt for the Ironman. Wolfgang's residence is located fifteen minutes from Klagenfurt center and the beach, which was ideal for us. We were able to park in front of the door and we were very kindly welcomed by Wolfgang and his father. Through a screen in the entrance hall, we could find all the information about our stay in detail. We could even look inside the chicken coop live, where we could get eggs :). We felt completely at home and definitely recommend this Airbnb!

You can feel absolutely comfortable here. Furnished with a lot of love, everything you need is there and perfectly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a long time. The location is fantastic and super quiet. Dieter and his wife are very warm people and take excellent care.

Lovely big apartment. Eike very helpful when needed. Close to main station, where lots of buses can take you into town or to the lake. We were worried about noise before we arrived but the trains didn't keep us awake at night at all. Happy to recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Klagenfurt.
