In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Die Wohung ist komplett barrierefrei und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Im Umland kann man wandern, klettern, am Badesee entspannen, Städte wie Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth und Kulmbach besuchen. Herrlich ist es auch, einfach im Garten oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe zu genießen und Hühner, Laufenten oder manchmal auch Schafe zu beobachten.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth.
