Amazing place to stay, especially for the price. We had to last minute book this flat because a different air bnb didn’t work out, but this place fixed everything for us. We just stayed for one night and watched a movie; we went outside to watch the sunset and a cat walked up to us and joined us. Very clear instructions and notes left around the house, would 100% stay again.

The listing was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and cozy. We stayed for an overnight trip with our toddler and felt right at home. Michael was very polite and responded fast when I had a question. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if in the area.

Being in the city, the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. That said, as with many urban areas, it’s worth staying aware of your surroundings. While we didn’t have any issues, guests who are unfamiliar with city environments might want to keep that in mind. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable home!

We had a wonderful stay at Heathers Airbnb! Had a few questions at check in, but received quick information from the host. The suite inside looks just like the photos and a beautiful view off the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and shower was large and had great hot water. We hope to stay here again.

Beyond happy with our experience. From booking we had all the information we needed and they were very proactive with making sure we were comfortable and ready for our stay. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and then some. The handwritten welcome was a great touch and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Very convenient to everything we did. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here - we loved it so much last year we had to come back! The house is amazing - something for everyone - adults to relax and activities to entertain kids. Sunset views from the yard are breathtaking. If it’s a clear night, lay on a lounge chair on the bedroom deck, look up at the stars and put headphones on with your favorite music - pure bliss. Thank you for allowing so many to enjoy this home!

We were in Town visiting family. Cute house with lots of fun decor and gadgets. High tech, modern, nice work station, and comfortable surroundings. Nice patio to enjoy. We also enjoyed watching the sunset at Cranch Park. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Sharon’s place was a great place to stay for the week as we transitioned to our new home in Erie. It suited all our needs well and we would stay again if need be! Great location close to all Erie has to offer.

Tracy and Jenn were very accommodating for our stay. We felt very at home in their Airbnb. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the bed was super comfy! My husband, 8 month old, and I had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Very easy check in. Beautiful and clean and comfortable beds. Looked just like the photos. Fyi for future guests - window air-conditioners in each bedroom. Tried walking to the beach from the house but the closest one on google was private and couldn't get access - I should have asked the host for which was accessible. Found a wonderful diner nearby would highly recommend 'Gem City Dinor'. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans. Keurig coffee was provided.

Katie’s place was just what we needed. A couple days of “down time” with some friends. The beach is a short walk down the road and there’s a nice Bbq place we discovered. At night, a nice fire by the woods. Katie was very responsive with anything we needed. This place is the bottom level of Katie’s home, so we had the pleasure of hearing her son singing in the distance now and then:) Thanks again.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! This place is perfectly situation next to Presque Isle, and the beautiful woods/park surrounding it make it feel private and peaceful. The apartment is clean and modern and the hosts were very responsive with whatever needs came up as they arose. Our family of 6 made great memories here and loved that we could hop on our bikes and ride to the trails without having to load them up on the car. I appreciated the easy first-floor access to the apartment, and the fact that each of our kids had their own bed. One thing I will say - if the community pool is important to you/your kids, check ahead of time if it is open. It was under repairs while we were there. But the hosts had no control over this. Despite the pool being closed, we had a great time and all of us would like to return someday!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!
