Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Edisto River

We had a great time. Kids loved fishing and kayaking the river. Great place to get away. Monica was a great hostess and quickly to respond left some yummy bread and quiche that was so needed after getting in late for checking and already have breakfast made. And the fresh eggs. This place was 10 outta 10 kids already want to return

This condo is in a beautiful, private location and the property is right on the golf course. It is well-furnished and has a screened porch, with cool breezes, as well as a glassed-in sleeping porch with a double-size daybed. The kitchen is large and has a wet bar with glassware, ice bucket and a very nice, complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchen is well stocked and even has a cabinet full of spices. We felt very much at home and loved going to the nearby beach, which had parking spaces and walkways across the dunes. Sitting on that porch, reading and watching golfers was a highlight. It is under trees, so plenty shady. Oh yes! There were two bikes for riding and a neighborhood pool! Very comfortable and we hope to return.

Great stay overall with close access to Daniel island for a concert. Close to restaurants and bars in North Charleston and easy ride to the beaches. House was very nice and clean perfect for the weekend.

We had a great stay with Melissa at The Cozy Casa. Melissa's description, photos, and all of the other prior guest reviews are 100% completely accurate. The home is off the beaten track, private, secure, and backs up against some beautiful woods. It is fully-stocked and there is nothing that Melissa has missed or not already thought of. We also appreciated not having to shop upon arrival as Melissa provided coffee, breakfast items, ALL of the incidental cooking oils, spices, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. My extended family has already booked their next stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we needed! Charles was very responsive to all messages, instructions for arriving and cleaning were super easy to follow, the place was beautiful and well maintained. It is in a small, quiet area and we felt very safe there. Even though it’s a duplex, you cannot hear anyone on the other side at all. We would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is absolutely charming! We enjoyed our stay at the cottage this week. The check-in process was seamless. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the shower. Our dog also felt very much at home. During our visit, we took the opportunity to visit Shell Ring Brewery and enjoy their beer before dining at the Fish Camp on two seperate occasions. We hope to return again soon.

This little house was perfect for our needs. The house was immaculately clean, allowing us to walk barefoot comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The only possible downside is that the neighborhood is a bit run-down, with amenities like grocery stores and non-fast food restaurants far away. This was fine with us as the affordable price more than made up for it.

Great stay at Erin and Zack’s place. Perfect location outside of downtown in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful outdoor space and large bonus room where we spent most of our time. Though I will say that since it’s an older home that’s been renovated, it does have some quirks. But Zack communicated well when we had some questions about how some things in the house worked. Overall, highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the attention to details, including the dog bowls. While we couldn’t see the ocean directly from our unit, it is so close and absolutely gorgeous. It is hard to explain the beach, it is breathtaking. The communication and instructions from Daphne were very helpful. This was a perfect location and unit. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few tips for next visitors - allow extra time, there is a lot a road construction en route to the island. And be aware that the unit is on the second floor, if steps are an issue. Special thanks to Daphne for opening her unit for others to enjoy.

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

Tom’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view to wake up to each morning! Tom was extremely helpful with giving me a place to store my bike out of the elements and making it easily available when I wanted to go for a ride.

This property was exactly as advertised and more. It was plenty of room for two couples, in an adorable neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and businesses. Many great restaurants nearby. The Stay Duvet team was very responsive and helpful even got us in a bit early. The backyard area was a delightful bonus which we enjoyed. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Charleston. We had the best time, in this charming southern city!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailor’s Rest. It’s a great location for families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, fresh eggs, fish & walkable gardens. The beach was only apx a 10min drive, and the access card they give you made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend

Clifton was extremely helpful! It was our 1st time renting a Airbnb & his responsiveness was very fast, making us feel completely at ease throughout our booking and stay. But the real highlight was the thoughtful, tailor-made day-by-day itinerary he provided. It was so much more than just a list – it was a beautifully curated guide. This level of personalized care is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Great little apartment for a peaceful trip. Relatively close to lots of different areas in Charleston. Hosts gave super easy check in/check out instructions and was super responsive the whole time.

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Booked at the last minute and the hosts took the time to ensure that the place was appropriately cleaned. Description of the property was accurate all the way down to the muffins (which I broke my diet to eat...LOL). We will absolutely come back.

This ground floor condo is exceptionally well stocked, honestly the best I've ever seen. Everything is clean and immaculately well staged. Back porch is particularly pleasant with a fantastic view. Location is very good with easy access to local amenities. We enjoyed our visit and appreciated the care and level of detail given to our 'home away from home'.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Kimberly’s place. It is literally right across the street from the entrance to Parris Island, and was the perfect spot to stay for Family Week! Kimberly was flexible and always responded quickly with answers to any questions I had both before and during my visit.

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!
