Monthly Rentals in Efland

Great overnight space! Enjoyed the River Walk and downtown. Very comfortable bed for sleeping, but slightly difficult to get in and out with the tight quarters. I’m sure it won’t be difficult for those younger than 60😂.

This was perfect for a short, last-minute trip to the area while we shopped for a house. the place was sparkling clean, bed was comfy, pet-friendly (we forgot her food bowl!), and we enjoyed the firefly show in the fenced in backyard. Everything was as expected, and Chris was helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again if/when we need to make another trip back.

This stay was absolutely worth the cost. The home was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained with thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, books, a full kitchen, Netflix, and a comfortable office space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the quiet yard and all the small details that made the experience smooth and restful. We would gladly stay again. A high quality experience and great value for the price. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable stay. Same as our first stay 2 years ago. Would return in a heartbeat if the occasion arose.
