Writer's/vacation home 'Little Hemingway'

Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Cosy Casa close to the beach

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

In Egmond aan Zee, dichtbij de duinrand en op steenworp afstand van het strand ligt onze knusse zomerwoning. Deze is gelegen achter ons woonhuis (wijk Zuid) en is toegankelijk door middel van een gedeelde steeg. De zomerwoning heeft een eigen toegang, is geschikt voor 3 volwassenen (2 persoons boxspring van 160x200 en een 1 persoons bed 80x190) of 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (vanaf 5 jaar) en is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijne vakantie. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en wifi voor gasten.

Duin Haven, Holiday house in beach area

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Sleep well

Een lichte, frisse studio van 20 vierkante meter waar het aan niets ontbreekt. Om energie op te doen, rustig te kunnen werken, ook vanuit congressen bij het vlakbij gelegen hotel Zuiderduin. Geniet van de mooie lichtinvallen door dakraam. Met een pelletkachel voor de (gezellige) warmte. Een fijne aparte douche en toilet. Met nespresso apparaat en kook mogelijkheid voor bv ontbijt. Warm water. Het slaapgedeelte is afgeschermd met een verduisterend gordijn. Klein zitje voor de deur.

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

COZY summer cottage, located on a quiet street 10 minutes walk to the beach. Dunes, forest and cozy center around the corner. Parking included. Layout: living room with kitchen, TV. 2-person bedroom with double bed and closet. New bathroom completed in December 2022. In the hallway, there is a folding bed, which gives access to the south-facing patio with table and chairs. Lovely to enjoy Sand & Sea & more. We are more than pleased to welcome you!

Apartment de Zonnevis 1: This apartment is ideal for a wonderful vacation with friends or family. Enjoy the beach together just 50 meters away and discover the village and the fun surroundings. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, has 3 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and a large open kitchen and living room. With over 90m2, the apartment is also very suitable for families with children.

Our nice apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee, close to the beach, dunes and the cozy city center. The apartment is wonderfully private and equipped with every comfort. On the sunny terrace, it is nice to relax after a day at the beach, a beautiful walk through the dunes or a fantastic bike ride in the area, just to name a few examples.
