There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

In dieser Unterkunft befindet sich der Abenteuerspielplatz direkt angrenzend am Ferienhaus. Die Kinder können unbeschwert spielen, während die Familie auf der Terrasse die Ruhe genießen kann. Das Natur Freibad befindet sich drei Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus. Auch der Harz ist innerhalb von einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Our cozy wooden log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the edge of the conservation area and the lake shore. Lake Seeburg with leisure activities and gastronomy is a 10-minute walk away.
