The historic Black Forest house, located at 1000 meters above sea level in a sunny south-facing location, is for you alone! Built by a naturopath, it has been preserved unchanged in its character and carefully renovated. Very close are Titisee, Badeparadies Schwarzwald, a golf course, the Hinterzarten and Feldberg ski slopes. Hiking trails, cycling and mountain bike tours and a cross-country trail start right at the house. The place is for couples, families with children and anyone looking for peace and relaxation in nature.

From the property you can reach beautiful hiking and biking trails, ski trails, ski lifts and the dreamy climatic health resort of Saig. The 35 square meter apartment was designed entirely in-house and expanded with high standards of design and materials. The stylishly furnished bedroom and living room with wallpaper in the mystical Black Forest print and a view of nature is just one of the many highlights.

It is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the forest in a perfect starting point for activities such as cycling and hiking. Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. You can borrow a bicycle for small tours for 5€ / day

Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 55qm.

It is a vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms (20 and 14 sqm) each with a double bed and a sofa bed, 1 family room (30 sqm) in which up to 5 people can sleep, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. Large living room with tiled stove, balcony and TV is available for shared use. The garden with sun loungers is available for use. I have a crib on request.
